Monitoring service from 24 Rescue is provided under a written Service Agreement that you review and accept when you enroll. This page summarizes what that agreement covers. It is a summary only; your signed Service Agreement controls. You can request a copy of the current agreement at any time from [support@24rescuealert.com] or [Phone Number].
What the agreement covers
- Monitoring service: 24/7 access to trained agents at our professional monitoring center through your device's help button and fall detection.
- Equipment: the Belle X2 or Belle W device provided with your service, including activation and cellular connectivity.
- Caregiver features: access to the caregiver app, where included with your device.
Term and rate
- Agreement term: [Agreement Term, e.g. 12 months], as stated in your agreement.
- Rate lock: your monthly rate is locked in at enrollment and does not increase while your service remains active.
- Renewal: [Renewal terms, e.g. renews month to month after the initial term].
Billing
- Service is billed [monthly / quarterly / annually] in advance to the payment method on file.
- If a payment fails, we will contact you. Service may be suspended after [number] days of non-payment.
Cancellation
- To cancel, contact us at [Phone Number] or [support@24rescuealert.com]. [Notice period, e.g. 30 days written notice].
- [Early termination terms, if any].
- Equipment must be returned as described in our Shipping + Returns policy.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your device charged and wear it, including while bathing where the device is rated for water exposure.
- Test your device at least once a month by pressing the help button and telling the agent it is a test.
- Keep your address, emergency contacts and any medical notes up to date so responders can help you.
- Understand that service depends on cellular coverage and device battery, and that fall detection does not detect all falls.
Limits of the service
24 Rescue is not a medical provider and is not a substitute for 911 when you are able to call. Our liability and the limits of the service are described in full in your Service Agreement.
