Your purchase of monitoring Services is also governed by the Service Agreement you sign at enrollment. If these Terms and your Service Agreement conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
Important safety notice. 24 Rescue is not a substitute for calling 911 when you are able to do so. The Services depend on cellular network coverage, device battery charge and proper use. Fall detection does not detect all falls; users should always press their help button when they need assistance. 24 Rescue is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. Information on the Site, including device features and specifications, is provided for general information and may change without notice.
Device recommendations
Our quiz and recommendations are based on the answers you provide and are for general guidance only. A specialist will confirm the right device and service for your needs before you enroll.
Services and enrollment
Monitoring Services are provided only under a signed Service Agreement, which describes pricing, term, billing, equipment, cancellation and other conditions. Rates quoted at enrollment are locked in as described in your Service Agreement.
Text message terms
By providing your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive calls and text messages from 24 Rescue about your request, your account and our products and services, including messages sent with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 24 Rescue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Liability related to the monitoring Services is governed by your Service Agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
